Personal Health Appraisal - The Personal Health Appraisal ( PHA) is the point of entry into the wellness incentive program, Wellness Pays . It requires results of blood work from your doctor's office. (10 Trojan Points per year)
Fitness Assessments - The DSC Fit/Well office offers monthly group fitness assessments or you can schedule an individual fitness assessment. For more information about fitness assessments call Heather Webb , 569-3228. (10 Trojan Points per year)
Aerobic Activity - Aerobic activity helps you stay fit and healthy. UALR makes it easy to squeeze exercise into your daily work routine. The DSC fitness center is open Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. -8:30 p.m., Friday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday noon -6p.m., and Sunday 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Fit Well offers free workout classes. The schedule is below Trojan points will be awarded to you if you do 30 minutes or more of an aerobic exercise on an average of 4 or more times a week during the period.
