International Celebration Week

UALR has broadened the scope of its annual International Celebration Day to include a week filled with activities designed to enhance inter-cultural awareness and understanding. The festivities will begin on Monday, Nov. 16 with the International Film Day. Various international films will be in DSC Room 205 G and will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free. 

The main event will be on Tuesday, Nov. 17  from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Donaghey Student Center in meeting rooms A-C.  This is an exciting celebration of world-wide cultures featuring music, interactive displays, posters, and food. International Celebration Day is a free and public event that brings the world to UALR by providing international education and experiences for the campus and the community.
