Fall 2008 Payment Due Dates
August 8    Early due date for Fall - 5:00 p.m.
Unpaid registrations will be deleted on this date.
August 20    Regular due date for Fall - 5:00 p.m.
Late fees will apply after this date.
August 27    Late due date for Fall - 5:00 p.m.
Late fees will apply.

How to Withdraw from UALR
Boss CANNOT be used to withdraw from the semester. To withdraw you must complete an official withdrawal form at the Office of Records and Registration. If you are unable to withdraw in person you should contact the Office of Records and Registration by calling (501) 569-3110 or faxing a letter to (501) 569-8168.

Fall 2008 Refund Dates - Withdrawal Instructions are Above
August 27    End of the 100% refund period for Fall for dropped courses and withdrawals.
September 4    End of 50% refund period for Fall.
You must withdraw from the University to receive a 50% refund.

Fall 2008 Change Checks
September 2    Fall change checks will begin processing.

Financial Aid Deadline Dates:
Spring Semester November 1st - Priority Deadline*
Spring Semester December 1st - Preferred Deadline**
Spring Semester April 1st - Final Deadline***
Fall Semester November 1st - Final Deadline***
Summer Semester May 1st - Priority Deadline*
*Priority Deadline - FAFSA results and all required documentation must be received by UALR Office of Admissions and Financial Aid by this date to ensure aid eligibility is deteremined prior to the payment deadlines for the semester.
**Preferred Deadline - FAFSA results and all required documents must be received at UALR Office of Admissions and Financial Aid by this date. If file is not completed by preferred deadline, financial aid eligibility may not be determined until October. Student must be financially responsible for all initial charges (tuition, fees, books, supplies, housing, etc.).
***Final Deadline - FAFSA results and all required documentation must be received by UALR Financial Aid by this date. All missing or incomplete items must be complete by this date. Any required change in admission status must be complete by this date (Example: Provisional admit status must be changed to regular or conditional admit status by this date). If all requirements and conditions are not met by the deadline date, the student will not be eligible to receive financial aid for the semester.
