IMC Development (Advertising Campaigns) class under Dr. Karen Hood in the college of business is working with a real client, America's Natural Gas Alliance, with a real budget. Our goal is to raise positive awareness of natural gas through a semester long campaign. In order to reach a high number of students we want to have a "Cleaner Energy Fair" in the DCS Gym. At this fair we will have an information booth, a drawing for a trivia game with prizes, and additional educational games. We will have 2-3 long tables to display information and giveaways and we would like to have 2-3 rented inflatable games, including a Frisbee toss and a basketball shooting game. The Fair will promote natural gas and the benefits it holds to our community and the U.S. as a whole. We will have giveaways including large prizes TBA, pens, drawstring bags and t-shirts. It will be a fun interactive way to connect with student and get them involved in active learning.
