Nobody graduated from a library. Nobody graduated without one."

Libraries and collections at UALR are a critical resource for our students and the region.
More than 2,300 people a day use the wealth of services available through Ottenheimer Library on UALR's main campus. Ottenheimer Library's holdings include:
As a selective depository for federal documents, the library receives about 30 percent of the items offered by the Government Printing Office. Ottenheimer Library is the state's only depository of European Union documents and also is a depository for Arkansas state documents. The library's Archives and Special Collections department is the archival repository for the papers of former Arkansas Governors Dale Bumpers, Winthrop Rockefeller, Jim Guy Tucker, and Frank White. Additionally, Ottenheimer Library participates in ARKLink, a consortium of 49 Arkansas academic libraries with reciprocal borrowing arrangements.
The only combined academic/county law library in the United States, the Bowen School of Law Library offers students, judges, and attorneys a shared environment in which to study, research, and write. The library's collection consists of 280,000 volumes, microforms, and a variety of full-test and indexing databases, including LEXIS-NEXIS, LOIS, and Westlaw.
Access to the UALR Wireless Network is available throughout all UALR libraries.
