Madison Hedrick ’09, ’14

An active participant on campus, Madison served as President of both the University Program Council and Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-medical honor society, was elected President Pro-Temp of the Student Government Association and Membership Chair for Delta Delta Delta; and represented the Graduate Students on the Faculty Diversity Committee. Madison graduated in
2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional & Technical writing and returned to get her Master of Art degree in 2014. As a medical writer focused in grant writing, Madison’s work has received millions in funding; in fact, she was one of the lead writers for the Arkansas Healthcare, Higher Education, public Safety, & Research Integrated Broad Initiative (ATOM) grant, which was the
largest federally-funded grant awarded in the state at the time. Madison currently works as a Senior
Medical Writer for Wilson Carroll Research Services, LLC. She is a Life member of the UA Little Rock
Alumni Association.
