In addition to those facilities maintained by individual faculty members, the Department of Applied Science has access to a variety of resources to support research projects.
The Graduate Institute of Technology’s Fabrication Shop is a professional research fabrication shop on the UALR campus which is available for the construction of specialty parts for those situations when an “off the shelf” component is not avaiable.
Nanotechnology fabrication is available to faculty and students working in those areas through the Nanotechnology Center.
