ATLE Lunch and Learn: Writing Effective iClicker-type Questions

March 17 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Our speaker, Dr. Michael Moore from the STEM Education Center, will discuss how writing an effective iClicker question is not as simple as producing a good, challenging question, it is how you use the question that counts. Participants in this session will learn to think about how everything from the words they say to their body language impact the effectiveness of the questions they develop. Additionally, participants will have time to write, receive peer feedback on, and revise their own iClicker questions applying what they have learned.

RSVP online form will be available a week before the event (sent also through email) along with the opportunity to order a boxed lunch.

Virtual attendance will require a Zoom passcode, which you will receive after you RSVP.

All faculty are encouraged and invited to attend. This event will earn you 10 points toward your next ATLE award.
