The Budget Office is pleased to announce the introduction of a new Budget Amendment Form. This form will replace the old Pooled Position Number Request, Position Number/Reclassification Form, Request for Budget Transfer, Request for New Budget/Budget Adjustment Form, and the Request for New Designated Fund Budget/Budget Adjustment. The new form can be found on the VCFA Budget Forms page.
