As we approach the end of fiscal year 2017, it is extremely important that any funds received during the time period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 be receipted and deposited at the Cashier’s Office. This includes housing deposits, library receipts, Donaghey Student Center receipts, off-campus course receipts, etc. To assist the cashiers in making sure all departmental deposits are recorded in fiscal year 17, we ask that departments be at the Cashier’s Office no later than noon on June 28.
In addition to the above, any student account activity relating to the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 must be posted by 10 a.m. on June 30. This includes parking, housing, bookstore charges, scholarships, financial aid, etc.
