As we approach the end of fiscal year 2018, it is extremely important that any funds received during the time period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 be receipted and deposited at the Cashier’s Office. This includes housing deposits, library receipts, Donaghey Student Center receipts, off-campus course receipts, etc. To assist the cashiers in making sure all departmental deposits are recorded in FY18, we ask that deposits be at the Cashier’s Office no later than noon on June 28.
In addition to the above, any student account activity relating to the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 must be posted by 10 a.m. on June 29. This includes parking, housing, bookstore charges, scholarships, financial aid, etc.
