Career Connections Student Portal

The School of Business is proud to introduce to you our Career Services software suite, Career Connections.  This will be your “one stop” for submitting your resume, searching for job postings from employers, and scheduling interviews (when employers set that up with us).  Also, all the School’s career events will be scheduled through Career Connections, so you will want to be sure to make the Calendar a frequent stop.

Your username and student identification have already been loaded into the system.  Here’s all you have to do:

1.  Visit

2.  Enter your username, which is your UALR email address (including the part!)


4.  Open your UALR email to find communication from the software suite with your “random” initial password, and the link back to the Career Connections log-in.  Use this password to log in for the first time.  You will be prompted to change/create your own password at that point.

YOU’RE IN!  Look over your profile and add important information about your skills and job preferences.

You can immediately see the calendar of events already scheduled.  You can see how to submit your resume for review and approval.  You can see what jobs employers have posted and whether your skills and major qualify.

This is going to be a very important tool for you as you progress through your degree here in the School of Business.  We are very glad to be able to bring this career services suite to our students.
