Spring 2019 Boot Camp

February 4 – March 15, 2019

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle this year? The UA- Little Rock’s  New Year, New Body, New You! Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UA- Little Rock’s  New Year, New Body, New You! Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. Participation involves completing a minimum of three fitness classes per week from the schedule below, along with weekly weigh-ins.

 

Registration begins January 28, 2019:

Mon-Wed 12 – 2 p.m. & 3 – 5 p.m

Tues/Thur 11 a.m – 12 p.m. & 2 – 4 p.m.

Fri. 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
