Fall 2019 Mini-Boot Camp

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle this year? The UA- Little Rock-Fit Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UA- Little Rock-Fit Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. Participation involves completing a minimum of three fitness classes per week from the approved class schedule below, nutrition classes, and weekly weigh-ins.
