Spring 2020 Boot Camp

February 3 – March 15, 2020

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle this year? The UA- Little Rock New Year, New Body, New You! Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UA- Little Rock New Year, New Body, New You! Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. Participation involves completing a minimum of three fitness classes per week from the approved class schedule below, two nutrition classes, and weekly weigh-ins.

Registration begins January 27, 2020:

Mon & Wed
10:00 am – 10:45 am
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Tue/Thu
10:30 am -12:00 pm
3:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Fri
10:30 am – 12:00 pm
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
