In accordance with the UA-Little Rock’s social distancing measures, all events, including in-person Group Fitness Classes are cancelled through June 1. We are running a reduced streaming class schedule for students, full-time staff and faculty.
One advantage is that the sessions are auto-recorded through YouTube! You can use the link anytime after the scheduled class time and do the class if you miss it live for any reason!
