#Sparkling Summer Virtual Fitness Schedule

In accordance with the UA-Little Rock’s social distancing measures, in-person Group Fitness Classes are cancelled until further notice. We are running a reduced streaming class schedule for students, full-time staff and faculty.

One advantage is that the sessions are auto-recorded through YouTube! You can use the link anytime after the scheduled class time and do the class if you miss it live for any reason!

To receive the class links, please email nffletcher@ualr.edu from your UA-Little Rock email address! Link distribution will begin on January 19.
