Becca Davis first came from Dallas, Texas to UA Little Rock to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in American Sign Language Interpreting. During that time, she worked on campus as a tour guide for the Office of Admissions, a student leader for the Chancellor’s Leadership Corps, and a Lab Assistant for the ASL Language Lab. Becca fell in love with education, with UA Little Rock, and with helping others. She continued her educational journey to earn her Master of Arts in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs.

Becca is able to apply the plethora of knowledge and skills acquired during her education through her caring, understanding, and heartfelt approach to advising. Because of her background in ASL Interpreting, she takes a special interest in ensuring that her students have a complete understanding of what is going on and in helping them individualize their education to be successful. When she isn’t advising students, she likes to relax with movie marathons, video games, and trivia nights.
