The Chancellor’s Leadership Corps hosted baccalaureate receptions the evening prior to commencement in both the fall and spring semesters. These receptions provide the opportunity to say our last goodbyes and to celebrate their special moment as we focus on our motto: learn, lead, serve, and family. The scholars who have completed the requirements necessary for their scholarship and graduation are presented with stoles and medallions for commencement.
CLC typically has many more graduates in the spring semester than in the fall, and the 2014-15 academic year was no exception. In the fall a total of eight students graduated, and fifty-three students graduated in the spring, which was the most in our program’s history. The average GPA for these graduates was an astounding 3.5, which placed the most students on the honors graduate list that we’ve ever had.
