When looking at things we can improve upon and setting future goals for the Chancellor’s Leadership Corps, we see 3 areas of adjustments that need to be made.
- More professional development for the Coordinator and Graduate Assistant throughout the year is a must. Along with continued opportunities for student leaders in the program.
- Continue to collaborate and create partnerships throughout the community and across the UALR campus.
- Apply more resources to the program. The program has doubled in size since August 2011 but staffing and resources remain the same. Find and establish money to help fund positions, renovations, and additional resources for programming and study abroad support.
