Executive Summary

The Chancellor’s Leadership Corps (CLC) continues to strive to produce leaders on campus and beyond. Our students displayed more involvement in community service initiatives and were involved in more campus organizations than ever before. Many of our scholars hold leadership positions in Greek Life, are resident assistants, or are involved in other campus organizations. Through our Reach 13,000 non-perishable food drive we accumulated more than 15,000 items to donate to the Arkansas Foodbank and to the Staff Senate Helping Hands Committee. If our involvement and service initiatives were not enough to cap off a historic year, the program is on pace to surpass last year’s retention and graduation numbers which will be finalized at the end of August. The scholars who embrace tradition, are involved with campus life, and engage in student activities show that the overall balance will positively impact retention and graduation.
