UALR Construction Management alumnus David Dominguez has been elected National Secretary of the American Institute of Constructors (AIC). Dominguez is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) who graduated from UALR in 2004. He is a Project Manager with Ryan Companies in Des Moines, Iowa.
