Our LGBTQ+ Support Group continues! Facilitated by our clinical intern, Ms. Ashley Vickers, this group will meet Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the Donaghey Student Center, Room 201T. STRESSED? Start your day with a Meditation Moment! Join Ms. Cai Carvalhaes, licensed social worker, at the Wesley Foundation’s yurt from 8:30 am to 8:45 am, Monday through Friday. 15 minutes of “Me Time” will help clear your mind, center your energy, and enhance your focus for the busy day ahead!

This 4 week workshop will teach you the basics of mindful meditation without a lengthy commitment. We will meet for one hour, once a week at the Wesley Foundation yurt. Mindful Yoga for Beginners: Counseling Services is offering a weekly one-hour class taught by Ms. Cai Carvalhaes, a counselor and licensed yoga instructor. Similar to the Mindfulness Group, the day and time will be decided upon based on YOUR interest! Class size will be small so please contact Cai by email or phone as soon as possible! or 501.569.3185.
