My name is Julie Kirkland Allison. I am an Organizational Development Professional with 20 years’ successful experience working as a leader in learning and development with Arkansas’ largest healthcare system and Arkansas’ education system. I’ve learned a lot about people and how they work to their highest potential. I believe we all have our strengths and when we tap into them, success is limitless. My experience in leading the planning, design and execution of programs engaging leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives has taught me that the right talent is key to success. I’m passionate about identifying individual talent and creating high performing teams to deliver results. My favorite moments in my professional life are collaborating with diverse teams to create innovative solutions.
My passion for people and problem-solving is enhanced by my two beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with them, watching as their interest change and encouraging their growth. I’m an avid home-improvement do-it-yourselfer, self-proclaimed foodie, enjoy yoga, love traveling, meeting new people and embracing new experiences.
I recently achieved an Executive Scholar Certification in Nonprofit Management from Kellogg Executive Education, Northwestern University and have a Master’s of Science Degree in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Central Arkansas.
