Brief Description of Position | |
Innovator Health is expanding and looking for a Technical Support Specialist capable of providing technical support to our customers across the US. The Technical Support Specialist will be a part of our Information Technology Team and will be responsible for resolving IT issues and effectively providing on-site and remote support. The Technical Support Specialist will report to the Director of Information Technology and will complete the following tasks: Provide end user support for desktop / end user I.T. hardware, software and network connected devices Resolve end user help desk tickets such as computer hardware or software problems, new equipment setups and installations Provide end user training as required Locate and use technical information and / or assistance resources when required Use various hand tools and diagnostic tools when required |

Position requirements/qualifications | |
High School Diploma; up to 3 years related experience in job function and/or training Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical documentation Experience with installing, configuring and administering a broad range of technologies including PCs, laptops and various phones and smart devices Knowledge of cloud environment concepts and networked/distributed computing Assist with special projects including upgrades and implementations as well as all departmental projects related to Telemedicine Solid knowledge of video, unified collaboration tools and Microsoft Office Basic I.T. desktop level setup and troubleshooting skills Basic network configuration and troubleshooting skills Ability to install Windows Operating Systems and configure browser applications/settings like Chrome, and Microsoft Edge Basic to semi-advanced computer audio and video camera troubleshooting Knowledge of creating, restoring, installing, and migrating hard drive images Ability to configure and troubleshoot devices through the Device Manager Must be detail oriented, able to adapt to changes quickly, use creativity to support a culture driven by continuous improvement, self directed and able to work with minimal supervision |

Preferred Qualifications | |
Associates Degree ● Minimum 2 years experience in a Microsoft Windows Server and Network environment ● Microsoft Certified Professional MCP, A+/Network+ Certification ● Healthcare background ● Previous experience supervising, mentoring and training others |
