Two days after Super Tuesday, Clinton School Dean Skip Rutherford will discuss the 2020 presidential elections.  The Clinton School is the nation’s first to offer Master of Public Service (MPS) degree. Prior to becoming Clinton School Dean, Rutherford coordinated the planning, construction and opening of the Clinton Presidential Library.
