20-40 hours a week, flexible weekday schedule

VCC seeks a computer science or information science student to handle first-level technical support, answer phone and create tech request tickets. Other duties include fixing malware issues, setting up computers, printers and other hardware, repairing hardware-related problems and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
