Dr. Crutcher and a colleague just published a paper in Educational Review in which they discuss and debate the contemporary ideas and research about “effective” practices in teacher mentoring. Dr. Crutcher imagines himself as Ryan Bingham from Up In The Air in this and other papers about teacher education.
