Reporting Concerns

Environmental health and safety and chemical hygiene concerns include the following:

  • A violation of university policy or governmental regulation that apply to environmental health, chemical hygiene, or occupational health and safety
  • Equipment, tools, or personal protective equipment required to perform work safely that are found to be in poor condition or non-existent
  • Conditions or actions in the workplace that could inflict harm to employees or the environment
