Accepting your Graduate Assistantship award is crucial to receiving your funds!
Step One: Financial Aid
- Login to BOSS and go to the Financial Aid section
- Select “Financial Aid Checklist”
- Select the link next to “Accept Financial Aid Offers”
- Scroll down and find your GRAD award. From the drop-down menu under “Status,” select “Accept”
Step Two: Authorization for Release of Student Information
A student receiving any form of state-supported student financial assistance, as defined by Act 605 of 2009, must indicate whether they authorize the Arkansas Department of Higher Education and/or the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to release their individual personal information to the Bureau of Legislative Research.
- Students are not required to release personal information.
- Students must provide a “yes” or “no” response.
- No written authorization is necessary; the requirement is satisfied online via BOSS.
Completing the State of Arkansas Consent Form in BOSS
- Login to BOSS and go to the Financial Aid section
- Select “My Award Information”
- Select “Award by Aid Year”
- Choose “2020-2021 Academic Year” from the “Select Aid Year” drop-down option, then select “Submit”
- Select the “Resources/Additional Information” tab
- You will see a message and link that directs you to the State of Arkansas Consent Form; select the link and read the form
- Select either YES or NO from the drop-down menu, depending on your decision
- Select “Submit Information”
