The check-in process for appointments in Health Services can take up to 10 minutes. This is not unlike any other clinic you’ve visited; there is certain information, such as your medical history, that providers need to know before seeing you. When you are not feeling well, these 10 minutes can seem like forever! To decrease the time it takes to check-in on the day of your appointment, Health Services implemented a patient portal where you can complete your medical history forms on-line, on your time – 24/7 in the comfort of your home.
Please take advantage of this opportunity by registering on the patient portal today. Once you are registered, you also can receive lab results and messages from your provider via a secure/encrypted messaging system.

- click “Register” (in the top right corner) and complete the required information
Once you have registered:
- sign into the portal using the same link, username, and password that you originally chose
- click “Login,” and poof you’re there!
