Campus Living has grown dramatically since opening the first campus residence hall in 1992.  There are now four halls on the interior of the campus and one apartment complex located on the south edge.

Campus housing facilities are designed to meet the needs of students as they progress through their academic career at UA Little Rock.  Freshmen share space with a roommate in a pod-style community.  Sophomores have the option of moving into a suite style private or double room.  Juniors and seniors are encouraged to stay in campus apartments that feature full kitchens and offer private bedrooms.

UA Little Rock owns several houses in the neighborhood that borders the northern edge of campus.  These rental houses are reserved for student, faculty, and staff families.  The houses are unfurnished and utilities are not included.  Rent ranges from $500 – $700 per month depending on size and amenities.

Explore the “Future Residents” tab for more information on each of our residence halls to decide which one is right for you.  Apply early for the best selection.
