YES Campaign: Service Excellence Training Resumes

Campus Community,
For those of you who were unable to attend the previously held training sessions, we will resume our training in May. The YES Campaign initiative is designed to mobilize leaders, faculty, and staff as we work to increase student enrollment and retention and foster engagement opportunities across campus. Participants in this interactive training session will explore customer loyalty, accountability, ownership, employee recognition, and service recovery.
