Requirements for BA in Interdisciplinary Studies
All students are required to complete at least 120 hours of course study to satisfy university graduation requirements. Of those, at least 30 hours must be from UALR and at least 45 must be upper level (3000 or 4000). There are no prerequisites required to declare a major in Interdisciplinary Studies. There is no foreign language requirement.
To receive a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Online, a student must complete the following requirements:
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point on all work at the University
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative grade point on all work in the major
- All Core Curriculum requirements [core requirements may vary depending on the student’s specific catalog year]
- 18 hours of study in 3 concentrations (54 hours total)
