Pulaski Technical College

UA Pulaski Technical College began offering American Sign Language courses in Fall 2006, using methodology and materials that are compatible with UA Little Rock’s Interpreter Education Program. Students who take ASL courses at UA Pulaski Tech can transition to the next level of ASL and interpreting classes at UA Little Rock, and those students who would like to transfer to UA Little Rock and major in Interpreting may take the UA Little Rock course INTR 1340 Deaf Culture concurrently while enrolled at UA Pulaski Tech. These courses should be taken before program completion at UA Pulaski Tech to reduce the amount of time from transfer to degree completion.
