The Ross Hall building on the UA Little Rock main campus is the latest recipient of a significant upgrade in wireless performance.
The ongoing $5 million plus project on the main campus is improving the university’s core network environment which contains dated technology that originally was implemented in 2008.
Starting today, Ross Hall wireless users should notice markedly faster speed and increased coverage throughout the building when using the internet. An added benefit to utilizing the improved WiFi is that wireless users can avoid depleting data plans on their wireless devices.
The project continues to move forward with many more buildings slated for upgrades. Stay tuned for additional information on the progress.
