UA Little Rock and Qualtrics LLC (‘Qualtrics’) recently expanded a university-wide agreement that now allows the entire campus to access the Qualtrics platform and take advantage of the many research tools available for gathering and analyzing information from targeted audiences.
Qualtrics is a powerful survey platform designed for organizations that collect large amounts of data and need many different types of tools to analyze that data. Qualtrics has developed a series of proprietary web-based programs that facilitate and automate the process of conducting surveys, polls, intercepts, and reports. Advanced reporting options with complex analytics capabilities are built into the platform.
IT Services, in partnership with the College of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, and Education (CHASSE), College of Business, Health, and Human Services (CBHHS), and Qualtrics Support, worked together to successfully plan and provision a site-wide university survey tenant.
This site-wide survey tenant, which utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO) and replaces previous tenants, provides a consistent user experience and eliminates separate license agreements across campus. As part of the project and to avoid negative impacts to critical active surveys, CHASSE and CBHHS users were migrated to the new university-wide tenant using a phased migration which began in September, 2021 and concluded in late December, 2021.
Today, Qualtrics is available to all current UA Little Rock affiliates including students, faculty, and staff. To create an account and begin using the platform, go to the Qualtrics website and follow the steps provided.
