Robert Ehrlich, the former governor of Maryland, will speak at Bowen on Thursday, March 13, from noon – 1:30 p.m., on improving the clemency and pardon process. The event will be held in the Friday Courtroom and is free and open to the public.
A second presentation will be made at 6 p.m. that evening at the Clinton School of Public Service, Sturgis Hall. Reservations are required for the evening presentation. Call the Clinton School at 501.683.5239.
