Professor Rob Steinbuch was interviewed by Andy Davis of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette regarding the FOIA issues related to the technology contractors being considered for the Arkansas health Insurers exchange and the non-disclosure of the list. Steinbuch said “the ‘logic and the language’ of the law indicates that the public has ‘the same right to observe all of the interactions of the members of the public body that each member of the public body itself has.’”(Ark.
