The ITS lab and library computer resources remain available during library hours. The 3rd, 4th and 5th floors are closed, but library staff will retrieve books and other materials upon request. You can request that items be pulled and held at the front desk by using the “Request Item” feature of the catalog.
The library is also open virtually to help you conduct library research. All library e-resources are available 24/7 at the library website via NetID and password. Materials will continue to be available from other libraries via Interlibrary Loan. Articles and book chapters will be delivered electronically. Physical items can be mailed upon request.
If you need assistance on accessing library resources, librarians are available via the Ask Ottenheimer Library service. Basic research assistance via chat, e-mail, voice and text message are available during library hours. More in-depth research consultations (via phone or Google Meet) will be available by appointment.
