Space Study

Dear Students:

How can we serve you better?

The Ottenheimer Library is committed to providing exceptional user experiences. To this end, Ottenheimer Library will be conducting a comprehensive study on how students use the Library’s physical and virtual spaces and how students’ perception of the Library spaces impact the way students interact in it.

As part of the study, Ottenheimer Library will conduct building observations, analyze website usage, conduct a survey and several focus groups. The study is anticipated to last from September 3, 2019 – May 15, 2020.

By gaining a deeper understanding of how students use and view the Library, we can begin to make changes that maximize the use of existing learning spaces, improve user experiences, and strategically promote the value of the library.

If you have been enrolled at UA Little Rock at least one semester, have used Ottenheimer Library or its services, and are 18 years old or older, we seek your valuable feedback. If you are interested in participating in a short survey and optional follow focus group, please click the link here

Please feel free to share with others who might be a good fit for this study.
