The temperature is falling, and the leaves are changing. It’s time for chili!

The Office of Student Life challenges all campus comers to a Chili Cook-Off benefiting American Humanics. Campus departments and student organizations can enter four-member teams for a $10 entry fee for the 11 a.m to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, showdown at the Donaghey Student Center Field House (Old Gym).
Entrants must list ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. Ingredients can remain secret, but be prepared to reveal them if an allergy victim asks.

The schedule for the cook-off is:

• 10 a.m. – Room will be open and ready for set up
• 10:45 a.m. – Each team needs to be set up by this time
• 11 a.m. – Competition begins
• Noon – Judging begins
• 1 p.m. – Awards will be announced

The Awards up for grabs are “Judge Favorite,” “Student Favorite,” and “Best Booth.” For more information, contact Jessie Garrett.
