The Department of Digital Strategy will be streaming today’s University Assembly meeting on our website at at 2 p.m. from Dickinson Auditorium.

Chancellor Joel E. Anderson and Provost Zulma Toro spoke to faculty and staff members about the challenges facing higher education and the solutions that UALR is proposing to help students. Professor Andrew Wright was named new University Assembly president. He will serve out the rest of the term of Laura Smith-Olinde.

The University Assembly is the overarching governance body and is composed of key administrators, all full-time regular faculty, elected members of the Staff Senate, and student representatives selected by the Student Government Association.
