Season tickets for the 2019 Little Rock baseball season are now on sale as head coach Chris Curry‘s Trojans are less than one month from first pitch.
The 2019 home schedule consists of 31 games at Gary Hogan Field, beginning with a three-game home series Feb. 15-17 against a 30-win Creighton team from 2018. The Trojans will also have non-conference home series against Evansville and South Dakota State with mid-week home contests against Louisiana Tech, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Central Arkansas and Oral Roberts.
The 2019 Sun Belt home schedule brings five opponents to Gary Hogan Field, beginning with reigning West Division champion Louisiana. Georgia State then heads to Little Rock before the Trojans will welcome reigning Sun Belt and 2016 College World Series champion Coastal Carolina to Gary Hogan Field for the first time. Troy and Texas State round out Little Rock’s 2019 home conference foes.
Little Rock is coming off a 28-win season in 2018, tied for its most victories in a season since 2013, as the Trojans led the Sun Belt’s West Division for the majority of the year. Little Rock returns most of its starting lineup and rotation from last year’s team that advanced to the second round of the Sun Belt tournament.
