I'm having trouble logging into orientation.ualr.edu
Getting started in BOSS
STEP 1 – Go to boss.ualr.edu, choose “Secure Login,” and enter your T# Txxxxxxxx. Click “Forgot PIN” and follow the prompts.
STEP 2 – Unsure what your TNumber is? Use your Social Security Number and the system will recognize you.
STEP 3 – Click “Personal Information,” then “List Accounts and Change Passwords.”
STEP 4 – Go to “Change Password” and click each box. Enter and confirm your password.
Already have your UA Little Rock accounts setup? Login at orientation.ualr.edu to complete New Student Orientation!
STEP 5 – Now you can access your email, BOSS, and blackboard with a single sign on at my.ualr.edu, and you’re ready to login to New Student Orientation at orientation.ualr.edu!
STEP 6 – The virtual course will be at your own pace & take approximately 30 minutes – 1 hour to complete

Will Orientation be in person?
New Student Orientation starts when you’re accepted and ends your first day of classes. You can always come to the Ask Desk, second floor of the Student Services Building, for questions & guidance along the way.

What does virtual New Student Orientation look like?
Orientation is about connecting to campus. Through virtual experiences, in person events and pop up opportunities – you will meet other students, learn about campus culture & connect to campus as a Trojan.

How can I take a tour on campus?
Is Orientation mandatory?
Although orientation is not mandatory, it is the best opportunity to learn about becoming a Trojan. During orientation, you learn more about where to study on campus, where to go for assistance financially & academically, how to actually meet people, what being a leader on campus can do for you & so many other things to make your experience as a Trojan amazing. Virtual Orientation is now available at orientation.ualr.edu. Login with your UALR email address and password to complete New Student Orientation.
What safety precautions are being taken due to the coronavirus?
As changes develop with COVID 19, we are working to make sure campus is healthy and safe. Follow our university website about COVID 19 for the latest updates.
Currently, offices are practicing socially distant practices, and allow you to visit the office in person. Most processes can be completed online.
If you have questions about campus, contact the ASK Desk, located in the Student Services Building, second floor. They are a “one stop shop” for new & current students. You can call 501-916-3000 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who should I contact if I need special accommodations?
If students or family members require special accommodations for orientation, please contact the Disability Resource Center on campus. The DRC is currently providing services remotely. Please call 501-916-3143 to speak to a representative or email email@example.com.
I am a Freshman taking summer courses, do I still have to attend Orientation?
Orientation will help you connect with campus resources and other opportunities to stay ahead in your educational career. For more information about registering for orientation, click here.

If you are interested in testing out of a course or would like to set up an admissions test, certification/licensure exam, credit by examination or placement/proficiency exam, please contact Testing Services.
Where & when can I get my Trojan ID & parking pass?
For your Trojan ID,
Visit the Donaghey Student Center, first floor. Look for the welcome desk that says “Conference Services”. Most likely, you will take your picture and pick up your Trojan ID in the same day. For questions, contact DSC Administration at 501-916-3362 or email@example.com.
For your parking pass,
Visit the Donaghey Student Center, first floor. Look for the signs that say “Parking Pass”, across from Conference Services. To register for a parking pass online, questions or concerns – contact Department of Public Safety at 501-916-3400 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have general questions about UA Little Rock, who do I contact?
ASK UA Little Rock answers questions about admission application, class registration or withdrawal, payments or refunds, financial aid and scholarships and other general questions about attending UA Little Rock. You can reach them at email@example.com or 501-916-3000.

You can also check into Qless, UA Little Rock’s virtual check in service at the ASK Desk, helping students with questions about Admissions, Financial Aid, Records & Registration and Transfer Student Support Services. The ASK Desk can also help you navigate to the Cashier’s Office, Student Accounts, Testing Services and Advising.
For all new students, complete the New Student Checklist to ensure you completed your admissions application, financial aid (scholarships, loans, grants) and payment plans with Student Accounts before classes begin.
