Course Overview

Prerequisites: MGMT 3304 and BINS 3380 (or MGMT 3380). Students are introduced to different concepts and issues that firms face in managing supply chains. The course will address different frameworks and quantitative methods for designing, managing, and analyzing the supply chain operations needed to support a firm’s business strategy. Students will study the structure of supply chain operations, and analyze the relationship between supply chain structure and performance, developing analytical models. Three credit hours.
