Immigration in Arkansas and Higher EducationIndividuals who obtain a college degree, “are less dependent on government and others for financial support. According to Chancellor Anderson at least a dozen other states have adopted legislation that would allow children of undocumented immigrants to attend public institutions of higher education at in-state rates. Learn more>>>
