Mosaic Templars Cultural Center will host its annual commemoration of the end of slavery at Juneteenth 2014.
The event is free, open to the public, and will include a variety of activities designed to celebrate the rich history and culture of African Americans in Arkansas. With over 1,000 people in attendance last year, there are opportunities for volunteers, sponsorships, and vendor space.
