Information for invited guests to 2014 Arkansas Civil Rights Heritage Commemoration Reception
The Fred W. Smith Conference Center is located on the 12th Floor of the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute at UAMS.
*Please note: Free parking is available in the Visitor Parking Deck Three located at Capitol Avenue and Cedar Street. Park on or closest to Level 3A for best access to the pedestrian bridge leading to the Spine Center.
See map to the left for directions or get turn by turn directions to the parking deck.
Attendees should park on or closest to Level 3A as possible in order to access the pedestrian bridge to the Spine Center.
