The fourth Annual Arkansas Civil Rights Heritage Trail Commemoration will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, in the Little Rock River Market District at Gateway to the St. Vincent Medical Mile (located in front of the Amphitheater at the corner of 400 President Clinton Avenue and St. Vincent Plaza)
