The reinstatement request form will be available from: 6:00 am, Wed. Aug 28 until 5:00 pm, Fri. Aug 30, 2019
If you were deleted from your courses for Fall 2019, and would like to make a request to be reinstated, please follow the steps outlined below:
Log into your BOSS account. Once logged into BOSS click on the Student Services Tab —> Registration —> Course Reinstatement Form
The form will automatically pre-populate with the course(s) from which you were deleted. After confirming your request to be reinstated into course(s) and acknowledging financial and academic responsibilities, you must make financial arrangements with (Financial Aid, if applicable) and the Bursar’s Office.
