2018 Shakespeare Scene Festival

The Shakespeare Scene Festival (SSF) is a UA Little Rock event sponsored by the Departments of English and Theatre Arts and Dance. It takes place on Friday, March 8-9, at the UA Little Rock Center for the Performing Arts (University Theatre). The University Theatre can be located here. This festival’s main purpose is to provide teachers and students a venue for the performance of Shakespeare’s plays. A description of the SSF’s history, and pictures of past performances show that the SSF is not only educational, but also a great way to have fun!

For teachers to register their class, please complete the Registration Form and optionally the T-Shirt Order Form, no later than Feb. 1, 2018. (Please note: we will not be able to provide t-shirts for classes whose t-shirt orders are not completed by Feb. 1.)

The 2018 lineup will be available sometime in February. In the meantime, to get an idea of what it may look like, check out the performance schedule for 2017’s Shakespeare Scene Festival.
