Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Training

UALR is committed to sustaining an environment free from discrimination and harassment. As part of UALR’s ongoing and continuous commitment to campus well-being, we are launching an online training program designed to inform participants about sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, and sexual violence, as well as the resources available both on and off campus. It is our responsibility as a university community to work toward eliminating these types of behaviors and actions. To do so, we must be well-informed.

To support these efforts and further our commitment, UALR has partnered with EverFi to provide training that will satisfy the federal requirements as mandated by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 and Title IX.

To complete the training, click here (you will need your netID and password). UALR expects you to complete the training and it will last approximately 45 minutes. You will have the option to pause and return to the training course at a later time if you get interrupted or are otherwise unable to complete the course in one sitting.

If you do not have access to a computer, please utilize the student computer lab located on the first floor of the Ottenheimer Library (LIB 104).  If you need assistance with the online training, please contact the Office of the Dean of Students at 501-569-3328.

Please note the course includes a survey to help personalize your experience. The information collected will help measure the effectiveness of the training program as well as provide guidance for future program development. All survey responses are confidential. UALR will only receive aggregated information and will not see individual or identifiable answers.

Thank you for your time and participation.  This brief course will be helpful to you not only during your time at UALR, but also after you graduate.
